Santo Grau Paraty

Handcrafted in Paraty, Rio de Janeiro since 1803. Its preparation process is completely artisanal without burning the sugar cane. The sugar cane is hand cut and processed the same day to avoid the natural fermentation of the cane and avoid acidity. It has an intense flavor, a little fruity and smooth.  Vol 40 ° alcohol.

Santo Grau Coronel

Made in the oldest "engenho" functioning in Brazil, Santo Grau Xavier Chaves is produced with corn flour yeast.  Production is made with the purest portion of sugarcane juice and the noblest liquor. Its flavor, which initiates spiritedly, becomes almost sweet.  Vol. 40 ° of alcohol.

Santo Grau Itirapua

Santo Grau Itirapua has over 150 years of tradition. It is fermented and distilled in small batches of copper stills and stored in tons and barrels of oak and jequitiba that give it a distinctive aroma with wooden notes. 
Produced in Itirapua, Sao Paulo. Vol. 40 ° of alcohol.
